How do I get an account with Certus Travel?
If you expect to use Certus Travel at least once a month, you may apply for a credit account by calling our accounts department on 01444 84 84 80 during normal office hours. Accounts are provided subject to satisfactory credit status.
What is your policy on drunken / abusive behaviour?
Certus Travel reserves the right to refuse to carry any person who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and / or whose behaviour is considered to be abusive and could pose a threat to the driver, the vehicle or the other passengers.
What is your smoking policy?
In line with UK regulation, Certus Travel operates a non smoking policy in all of its vehicles at all times.
What do you charge?
Our fares for local journeys are based on the Mid Sussex Taxi Tariff rates (click here). Our Controllers will always quote you the price for your journey when you make your booking.
